Sin = Missing the Mark. Grace = Being Re-aimed.

Christ is the only way we are justified from our sins and redeemed through grace. Any other way is false, and God makes that very clear.
Under the Old Covenant, evil was so heavy upon the world that humanity became separated from God. In His mercy, God gave us the Mosaic Law—not to condemn us, but to draw us close to Him. Yet even with a divine blueprint, we continually fell short. The enemy had the advantage. Though the Law showed us the standard, it could not change our nature. 🙅🏽♀️
Under the Law, separation caused us to cry out, “God, where are You?” 😫 And the only way back was though obedience and sacrifice. But God declared that this was NOT enough. The Law revealed sin, but it could not defeat it.
So God established a New Covenant. ☺️✨
With the New Covenant came a higher standard—butttt, also a greater provision! The foundation of the Law remained, but now fulfillment came through Jesus Christ. Knowing better meant doing better, yet the only way into this covenant is through Christ, who justifies us from our sinful nature and redeems us through grace. ❤️
If we choose to live solely by the Law, Satan will always have the upper hand—because he knows the Law better than we do. Heaven has a courtroom, and Satan never misses a court date. Humans, distracted by sin placed before us, often do. And when the Law is broken, someone must take the charge—because the Law is the Law. 🤷🏽♀️
On earth as it is in heaven, God’s will is done.
We see it every day: people wrongfully charged 🙄, convicted because evidence points toward them. But Jesus—Jesus willingly took the charge for all of us. He accepted conviction on our behalf so that we would not have to. He did this because He understands the enemy’s plans better than we ever could. 💪🏽
And because of Him, we are set free from every charge. ⛓️💥
But freedom must be claimed.
We must receive Him, acknowledge Him, and confess Him as Lord and Savior
Amen. 🙏🏽
